Please include your name, phone number, and order number when contacting us. We respond to emails, calls, and voicemails between 8:00am – 12:00pm PST.
Custom Order Parts
Please note that custom order parts are non-refundable. Your payment is a commission to initiate the material acquisition and fabrication process, which cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has started.
Pre-Orders
There are no cancellations or returns on pre-ordered items.
Shipping Information
Shipping options may vary depending on your location and delivery restrictions. Exact shipping rates, including any handling fees, will be determined at checkout.

Domestic Shipping: Orders within the U.S. will typically ship within 7-14 business days (Monday - Friday) via UPS or USPS. Delivery takes approximately 3-7 days after shipment for standard shipping or ground service.
- Note: We do not ship to PO boxes. APO/FPO addresses should select UPS Ground.

Mexico and Canada: Orders will be shipped via USPS Standard.

International Shipping: All other international orders will be shipped via USPS unless an alternate method is selected. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by their country. Lucky Speed Shop does not issue refunds for unclaimed items, nor will we refund if items are not returned to us.
Returns
To request a return, email us at contact@luckyspeedshop.com. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of the order date. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. If an error is made by the customer (e.g., incorrect fitment), a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Note: Sale items are not returnable. Due to manufacturer and state policies, all helmets, headwear, and certain apparel items are final sale—no returns or exchanges—due to COVID-19 safety regulations.
For any exchanges, if the requested item is out of stock or on backorder, we may issue a refund or store credit.
